Purchasing Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. However, we only sell physical gift certificates that are redeemable at our store for in-store purchases only. These gift certificates are physical products that we mail to the shipping address you provide.

You can pay for gift certificates using our standard checkout process. You must provide the recipient’s name which we will add to the gift certificate. We will mail the certificate to your address so that you can give it to the recipient.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

In-Store Gift Certificates are handled just like currency. The value of the certificate is noted on the certificate itself. We also keep record of each certificate and its corresponding value for verification purposes.

To redeem, present the certificate to the sales clerk at the time of checkout prior to ringing up your purchase. As the recipient, you will be asked to verify your identity to ensure only you can redeem the certificate.

Lost Gift Certificates, Refunds

Gift certificates are non-refundable. If you lose your gift certificate, please contact the store at (217) 465-5541.
