Help With Logging In

When You Cannot Get Logged In

These instructions assume that you have already registered for an account. Otherwise, you need to create an account.

  1. Click “My Account” found at the top of the web page, or click Customer Service >> My Account.
  2. Click “Lost your password?” link at the bottom of the Login form.
  3. Enter your account’s email address or username, if you know it, in the space provided. Click Reset Password. If your email or username is in the database, an email will be sent to you. If not, you will see the message “Invalid username or email”.
  4. If you do not remember which email address you used, please Contact the Webmaster for assistance. We will need your full name, city and state to locate your record.
  5. Check your email inbox for mail from the Lori’s Pins ‘n Needles with the subject line, “Password Reset Request for Lori’s Pins and Needles”. The email will contain a link to reset the password for your account. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder just in case it ended up there.
  6. Use the new password to log into your account.
  7. In extreme cases when you absolutely cannot get logged into your account, Contact the Webmaster for assistance. We can almost always get you into your account.

When You Want to Change Your Email and/or Password

  1. Click “My Account” found at the top of the web page, or click Customer Service >> My Account.
  2. Log in if you haven’t already.
  3. On the Dashboard page of your account, click “Account Details” in the boxed table of contents.
  4. Change your information as needed. Then click “Save Changes”.
  5. Some changes may require you to log in again.
